With years of lived experience in athletics, psychology, and personal development, Athlete Core Mind is built on a foundation of genuine understanding and mental resilience. As a UCLA scholar completing my degree with a focus in Psychology and a background in African American Studies, I combine academic insight with firsthand athletic experience to provide transformative, one-on-one coaching. My mission is to help athletes strengthen their mindset, reclaim their confidence, and perform with clarity — both in sports and in life. Currently, coaching is offered on a complimentary basis for all UCLA athletes.
